CubeAway - 3DPuzzle FAQ
Answers to common questions about arrow routes, yellow lines, level counts, video matching and game support.
Choose the right kind of help
For a particular stage, begin with the numbered video directory. For a route you do not understand, inspect the adjacent faces and trace the blocker chain. For a technical or purchase issue, keep your device and game details available and contact developer support. These questions cover both puzzle reading and practical use of the guides.
Frequently asked questions
How do you play CubeAway - 3DPuzzle?
Inspect the cube, follow an arrow’s direction and remove it when its route is clear. Keep rotating the view to find accessible arrows on other faces. Repeat until every arrow has left the puzzle; clearing only the face in front of you does not complete the whole board.
How many levels does CubeAway have?
There is no confirmed fixed maximum in the developer’s public description. The number of walkthroughs here describes our video directory, not the total number of stages in the game. A high-numbered recording also cannot establish the final level, because updates can add or rearrange content.
What is the yellow line in CubeAway?
Follow the complete marked route around the cube and inspect the adjacent face before tapping. A yellow marking alone does not tell you that a move is safe. Compare the exact line, its ends and its movement with the recording for your board; special arrow behavior can vary between layouts and versions.
Why will an arrow not move?
Look along the direction indicated by its head and check for another arrow occupying the route. Turn the cube so the path is easier to read. Find an accessible arrow that removes that obstruction, then revisit the original piece. Repeatedly tapping the blocked piece does not provide a new route.
Do I need to clear one face at a time?
No. A useful sequence can cross several faces. Treat the cube as one connected puzzle, rather than six independent pictures. If your current face has no clear move, inspect the surrounding faces before assuming you need a hint. Returning to an earlier view can reveal newly opened paths.
Why does my level differ from the video?
Updates and different game versions can present different layouts under the same number. Compare the overall shape, the longest arrows and distinctive bends before following taps. If those landmarks do not agree, use the general tracing method rather than forcing an unrelated sequence onto your board.
Can I use a walkthrough without buying anything?
Yes. These guide pages are available without a purchase or account. The game itself contains advertising and optional purchases. A website guide cannot change your game balance, remove in-game ads, restore purchases or award moves. Use the game’s own controls for any optional offer.
Who makes CubeAway?
CubeAway - 3DPuzzle is published by GOODROID,Inc. It is available through Google Play and the App Store. This GTYX website is an independent guide and does not operate the game, manage player accounts or represent the developer. Game support and purchase matters belong with the developer or your app store.
Can I rotate the cube instead of making a move?
Use the rotation gesture shown by your game’s tutorial to inspect other sides. Keep deliberate taps separate from camera movement, especially on small screens. Finish turning, let the picture settle and then choose an arrow. If touching the board triggers a move unexpectedly, follow the tutorial again before experimenting.
How should I follow a long video?
Watch a short sequence, pause, align the cube with the recording and reproduce only the moves you understand. After each small group, compare the remaining arrows again. Scrubbing ahead is useful only when the two boards are still at the same stage; otherwise return to the last matching position.
What should I do when I cannot see another move?
Inspect the back, underside and edges before spending anything. Select one blocked arrow and trace what prevents it from leaving. Follow that chain until you find a route to open space. Working backward from an exit is easier than repeatedly scanning a dense face with no particular target.
Are hints always free?
Read the offer currently displayed in your game. Some assistance may involve an advertisement, currency or another condition. Do not assume that an old video shows today’s cost or reward. Decide whether to accept only after checking what the button says, and return to manual inspection if you prefer to continue without it.
Why should I avoid random taps?
A tap is useful when you can explain where the arrow will go and why its route is free. Random tapping makes it difficult to learn the layout and may consume a limited allowance where one is displayed. Camera inspection is a better first response to uncertainty than repeatedly testing the same blocked arrow.
Does the game have a season pass?
The Google Play update notes checked on November 3, 2026 mention a November Season Pass. Availability, rewards, price and rules should be read in the game itself. A season feature is separate from the basic task of clearing arrows, and this guide does not promise particular prizes or benefits.
What if an advertisement or the game freezes?
Allow a short time for the screen to respond, check connectivity and avoid tapping purchase controls repeatedly. Before closing the app, consider that an unfinished board may need to be replayed. If the problem persists, report the device, game version and action that caused it to the developer.
Will reinstalling restore my progress?
Do not uninstall or clear app data as a first troubleshooting step. First check the game’s actual account and recovery options and keep any player identifier or purchase receipt. This website cannot confirm a cloud backup for your installation. Ask developer support how to preserve progress before taking a step that could erase local data.
Is this the same as other tap-away cube games?
Several mobile games use similar names and arrow motifs. Match the title CubeAway - 3DPuzzle and publisher GOODROID,Inc. when choosing a guide. A video from another cube game can have entirely different movement rules, level numbering and special pieces even when its thumbnail looks familiar.
Can I report a mismatched walkthrough?
Use the contact page and include the level number, game version and a description of the opening board. A screenshot of the full layout is more useful than saying that a tap did not work. For unavailable videos, include the video link so the recording can be identified accurately.
